Appointment Policies

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION:

All appointments must be canceled within 24 hours of your time; anything less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the appointment cost. Failure to cancel with a no-show will be subject to 100% cost of appointment charges.

If you accept an appointment within 24 hours of the start time of the scheduled services, any alteration will result in a fee.

BOTTOM LINE: Once an appointment is confirmed, any changes must happen with more than 48 hours’ notice before the appointment’s start time to avoid alteration charges.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS:

 A credit card is required to secure your appointment at the time of booking. $1.04 will be charged to your card at the time of booking and deducted from the cost of the appointment.

BOTTOM LINE: We respect you, and we appreciate your patronage. Please respect our time and allow us 24 hours to fill your cancelation with clients on the waitlist. It’s really a win-win for everyone this way!
